observed in reference to the tj-perevolving printing-machine designed by Colonel Hoe and adopted for printing The Times, that two of these machines had been constructed by the firm of Messrs. Whitworth and Co., and were the first of this type made in England.As the machines were very large and complicated, it was desired by Mr. Walter that they should be made in England.Colonel Hoe
