GENERAL-PURPOSE I/O CHANNEL AND INTERFACE FOR HAYSTACK 490 COMPUTER

Abstract : A general-purpose interface has been constructed for Channel 5 of the Haystack Univac 490 digital computer. Data inputs are from the radiometer and a general-purpose A/D converter while outputs are a display of right ascension, declination, and hour angle, a CRT display and strip chart recorder, and control of the radiometer and other general-purpose functions.
