AbstractThis paper describes the transition of a Model-Based Software Engineering architectural style to Ada 95.The paper presents an overview of a software architecture for developing product families of domain specific applications, explains recognized deficiencies in the existing Ada 83 mapping to this software architecture, proposes solutions for correcting these deficiencies using a mapping to Ada 95, and concludes with some observations gained during the transition exercise.
