On the spatio-temporal dynamics of a class of autonomous cellular neural networks

The spatio-temporal dynamics of a class of Cellular Neural Networks (CNN's) built with nonideal OTA's is analyzed. The analysis takes into consideration the frequency response of the transadmitances used to implement the interconnection template. Simulation results at system and transistor level are presented.
