The next wave of the Internet is automation of B2B (business-to-business) collaboration, allowing companies to interact with their partners, suppliers, and customers using shared technology. This new wave of collaboration throughout the supply chain requires new business models with a new architecture that is based on Internet standards and features, rapid implementation, no training, and an easy-to-use interface. Analysts will have to learn the new models to effectively value B2B companies.
