Reduction of Grating Peaks in Music Spectrum on Wideband Arrays

This paper seeks to extend the frequency bandwidth of operation of an array operating with MUSIC algorithm without aliasing in MUSIC spectrum. Three array configurations (viz.), random,logarithmic and rotated element arrays have been analysed. The grating peaks that appear in the MUSIC spectrum have been reduced significantly in all the three cases.
