Models of the Sensor Interface

Qing Ping Yang · Handbook of Measuring System Design · 2005

Abstract Models are increasingly used as important tools for understanding, description, analysis and design of the measurement system interface. This section examines different approaches and types of models and their characteristics. Practical aspects of sensor interface modeling are discussed, together with theoretical issues, for example, set theoretical expression, semiotics, and level of abstraction.
