Short Notes: Unifying Multiple Semantic Intentions for a Syntactic Construct

In recent language designs, a single syntactic construct has been used to denote conflicting implementation alternatives. The resolution of the semantic conflicts is critical to success. In this paper, we try to analyse this problem and give some solutions.
