An adaptive algorithm for detection of duplicate records

A new approach for "detection of duplicate records" is attempted. The paper combines ideas from number theory and algorithmics to evolve a new method to detect duplicate records. It is shown that the method could prove to be of sufficient gain over the prevalent brute force approaches.
