This paper describes the archirecrure and implementation of a scalable multi data fusion system based on n disrributed darnbase oriented middleware for rhe new German frigafe class SACHSEN. The main operariorr of this scalable multi sensor dafa fusion sysfem is air defence. The archifecfure focuses on fhe distribution of fhe dafa fusion Jiincfioris info different rasks fo allow for fhe disrribufiori of CPU power. The multi hypofhesis rracking system of rhe Dura Fusion is (I hybrid sysrem of plof fusion and track fusion. If confains adaptive inferactive manoeuvre models wifh exfended Kalman filferirig. For /he classificafion and idenfificafion processes wirhin /he facfical situation ana1,ysis the Dempster-Shafer merhod is used. These concepr and nrchirecrure have shown a good performance in final resrs for the German Nuvy.
