A simpler test set for two-variable very strict Hurwitz polynomials

A simpler procedure to test a given two-variable polynomial to be a very strict Hurwitz polynomial is presented. This procedure involves four steps instead of the six in the previously published method. A continuity-based proof for the above test is also presented.
