The analysis of network congestion control founded on game theoretic frame

This paper is a disquisition on congestion control in network founded on game theoretic frame. We give an integrated model of congestion externality and congestion pricing, study the network users' strategy of rate stream in repeated games. The influence of repeated times and information completeness is also analyzed.
