Two-dimensional Vehicle Tracking Using Video Image Processing

This paper describes an automatic two-dimensional vehicle tracking system using image processing. Since the system is developed primarily for off- line use, the major concern is placed on the accurate measurement of vehicle positions rather than the processing speed.
