Primitive Operations of Hyper-Graph Data Model for Distributed Database Integration

The data sources for enterprise applications today are mostly distributed, heterogeneous and autonomous. It is desirable, however, that the data processing applications retrieve data from the distributed data sources as though they are from a single source. That is, the heterogeneity and distribution of the data sources are abstracted away from the applications. One of the strategies to achieve the
