Soft gene, role, agent: MABS learns from sociology

The homogeneity between human being and software agents is presented. Based on which a new definition for agent is proposed. An agent is made of certain soft genes and roles. Such agents can be more appropriate for dynamic open systems analysis, design and implementation. Results are given.
