The dependence of the immunity of digital equipment on the hardware and software structure
Ralf Vick, Habiger · 1997
The results of immunity investigations on microcontrollers against impulsive disturbances described in this paper show that the susceptibility depends directly on the microcontroller's operational functions, especially on the microinstructions used for an assembler instruction. As a result, the fault frequency can change within some nanoseconds between 0% and 100%.
