School information technology education effectiveness using multi-objective situation decision-making

This paper applied the theory of decision-making with multi-objectives, made the decision on the benefit of information technology education in school, introduced a new, feasible, measurable methodology and provided the basis for the quantitative analysis and optimized decision-making on the benefit of school education.
