Physical Interpretation for Dyadic Shift

In this paper, based on the copy feature of Walsh functions and copy generation theory of signals, the physical interpretation of the Dyadic shift is introduced. This dyadic shift, corresponding to two sequences, related the corresponding copy information IO generate different sequences.
