Direct Digitally Controlled Network Synchronization

This paper describes a computer based, time discrete frequency regulator for network synchronization of digital telephone exchanges. All the known concepts for synchronization may be achieved after suitable manipulation of a few constants in the Control program. Some results of experiments are also reported upon.
