A Łukasiewicz—style Many-valued Similarity Reasoning. Review

A Łukasiewicz many-valued similarity based fuzzy control algorithm is introduced, and tested in realistic control systems. The results are compared to fuzzy control systems where the inference is based on Mamdani-style system or Sugeno-style system. Simulation tests show that the new algorithm is comparable with the standard ones and gives, in some extreme cases, even statistical significant better results.
