A Note on Extrapolation TSVD Method Applied to Speech Coding

The aim of this study is to introduce an efficient algorithm which is able to reconstruct speech coding. Here it will be shown a TSVD method enables efficient synthesis applied to a matrix obtained by the use of KLT transformation in speech coding for the baseline of source coder.
