Semi-Parametric Estimation of Lorenz Curve and Gini-index in an Exponential Distribution

In this article, we estimate Lorenz curve and Gini-index for exponential distribution using the semi-parametric method. We derived the estimates using least square method based on the survival function. The estimation is also carried out under various censoring schemes.
