Abstract Let "Equation missing" be a closed subset of a Banach space and "Equation missing" an ultimately nonexpansive commutative semigroup of continuous selfmappings. If the "Equation missing"-closure of "Equation missing" is nonempty, then the closure of the orbit of any "Equation missing"-closure point is a commutative topological group.
