Dynamically controlled excitation source for a time-varying format synthesizer

In this paper, we briefly study the effects of source-tract interaction on the waveshape of real glottal pulses. We simulate these effects in an formant synthesizer by using a dynamic variation of the voiced excitation and periodically time-varying formant filters.
