Project Risk Assessment for Customer Relationship Management Using Adaptive Nero Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS)

In this paper, it is introduced a framework which includes expertise to evaluate risk of projects in all respects. Adaptive Nero Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) as an intelligent computation method has been used because of its capability in dealing with ambiguity and linguistic variables. Risk factors, the probability of failure and the severity of impact are very close to fuzzy theory and Neural Network concepts. As a case study, it is focused on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects and implemented Adaptive Nero Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) for risk assessment. The framework could be used for a wide range of risk assessment for various IT and non-IT projects.
