Abstract:- This work presents a case study focusing 802.11 wireless networks misconfiguration at São Paulo city, Brazil. This study describes the current status of wireless networks security and the vulnerabilities which they are exposed, making an analysis of it. The paper shows how important is to have a well configured network and how relevant data is completely exposed trafficking through the radio waves.
