The new knowledge generation method is interdisciplinary and its effect is related to the contribution to the problem’s solution, in which different social actors interfere. This paper reports partial results of an investigation project made to promote the relation between the scientific-academic and the enterprising system. The population target corresponds to the business sector of Presidencia Roque Saenz Pena city, Chaco, Argentine. In this investigation it is analysed (by using fuzzy methodology) the importance that managers of small and medium firms and micro-firms concede to aspects of the development and the survival of their firms. It studies also the incidences between the factors that influence the survival of a firm in the market and the ones that have contributed, in a meaningful way, to the improvement of that same firm in the last years. The obtained incidences allow detect the factors that have, for the survival and development of the firm, major influence above the others, and evaluate if the importance assigned by the businessmen to those factors is related to these results. The matrixes are submitted to the technique of forgotten effects recuperation in order to study its coherence, by using a new process that employs linguistic variables.
