A reuse experiment in the social security sector

It is widely believed that increased successful reuse will lead to higher quality software, at lower costs.Although reuse is not practised and supported as a standard technology in our organization, we decided to start a research program in software reuse.This paper presents our approach to reuse since september 1992, some of the results obtained, and our agenda for the future.
