The main focus of this paper is to show the concepts, architectures, interaction techniques, and general approaches to theanalysis and specification of a multi‐agent system for the making of intelligence and interactive decisions inside the learner’slearning process. These contributions are applied in the development of an integrated system for Web‐based education withpowerful adaptivity for the management, authoring, delivery and monitoring of learning content.
