Abstract : The Simulated Telemetry Data Generation Program (STSTLM) has been designed to generate a simu lated tape (TLM-tape) containing input data for the TLM computer at the tracking station. The STSTLM program will also generate the System Time Code Word (STCW) and the Input Control Word in exactly the same format as they are normally input to the TLM computer. (Author)
