Tracking Sea Surface X-Band Radar Features Using the Hough Transform

It is shown that the Modified Linear Hough Transform can be used to identify and track tidal features, gyres, and wakes seen by the backscatter of a Marine Traffic Control Radar from patches of surf ace tension ripples on the sea surface.
