A new test for stability of interval matrices

A new theorem, which provides a simple test for stability of interval matrices is derived. Also an extension of the Levi-Desplanques theorem is derived for interval matrices. The extension pertains only to real matrices, but it requires weaker conditions than the original theorem does.>
