Research of Non-Contact 2D Body Measurement System

Based on the early basis research work such as feature size extraction of young male's digital images, somatotype and building of girth size prediction model, non-contact young male body measurement system is mixed preparation by using object-oriented VB6.0, MATLAB and database ACCESS2003. Measurement objects in the system contain young male and female body and ultimately 40 body size data can be obtained. A non-contact 2D body measurement system with simple operation and low-cost has been formed preliminary.
