Automatic Service Discovery for Grid Computing: A Decentralized Approach to the Grid

The purpose of this document is to explore the feasibility of a decentralized system for grid computing. A proof-of-concept grid computing system was created based on the GridSolve computing environment and multicast domain name server with service discovery.
