Static Characteristics Test of Pulse Measure System Based on Balance Principle of Scale

Xinsheng Che, Wei Min Sun, Yanjun Zhang, Shaobo Xu · 2009

In this paper, the static characteristics of pulse measure system is tested. The static characteristic testing of pulse measure system mainly depends on senor, signal processing and virtual instrument technologies. Pulse signal analysis is based on Fourier series. From signal process point, pulse signal is decomposed into DC and harmonic components. The DC is defined as sphygmopalpation pressure and the harmonic component is defined as the pulse power striking in a short period of time. Phygmopalpation pressure is constant static, but dynamic pacing pulse is changing. The main purpose of the paper is to set up a mathematical model of pulse measure system, and design a device for pulse characteristic testing and the DC component extraction. The balance principle of scalar is adopted for testing static characteristic of pulse measure system. The analysis of testing results is completed on MATLAB platform. The method of realizing virtual instrument by MATLAB is also introduced in the paper.
