Evaluation based on dynamic characteristics of vocal vowels

The aim of this study is the recognition on the voice-prints of the vocal vowels using instrument and control engineering methods. The aim is to utilize the results in CIM, security systems, the evaluation of vocal training, and the voice compensation for voice handicapped persons.
