For pt. I see MILCOM 98, Boston, Massachusetts (1998). In part I, the network architectures and network synchronization states are defined. The nodal signal processing and steady-state (SS) network behavior are discussed. In this part, the SS network performance is evaluated and summarized for respect to various N-level network architectures.
