On the performance of broadcast schemes over one-dimensional manets

Numerous broadcast schemes have been proposed to reduce redundant retransmissions in wireless ad hoc networks. In this paper, we statistically derive the performance metrics in terms of various network parameters for one-dimensional MANETS, which are useful in designing MANET broadcast protocols.
