A holistic optimization approach for the synthesis of AUTOSAR E/E architecture
Fouad Khenfri · 2015
Today, AUTOSAR is established as a worldwide industry standard for automotive E/E (Electrical/Electronic) architecture. The main goal is to manage system complexity development by the standardization of ECU (Electronic Control Unit) software platform. It enables easy reuse and integration of software applications and reduces cost and lead time. However, designing an AUTOSAR-based embedded system requires the configuration of several parameters whose number depends on the application SoftWare Components (SWCs) and the underlying basic software architecture (OS, COM, etc.). Further, some parameters may impact crucially system performance, like mapping runnable to task and OS configuration.
