A personal identification method using the face information from a tracking image

The biometric recognition using the feature of individuals, such as a fingerprint, a hand, and face recognition, is atracting attent,ion.In this paper, the identification method which can be performed without the need of special operation for recognition to a user are proposed.The proposed method will be used at a person tracking system.We focus on face information, as the information available for tracking a person.The validity of this proposal method was confirmed in indoor environment with simulation results.
