Influence of electrostatic multipoles on spin-orbit dynamics via energy conservation consideration

The energy conservation law leads to the fact that a charged particle moves with nonconstant kinetic energy in the electrostatic fields. The article considers a technique of representation of this motion in terms of pseudo magnetic fields with additional multipole components and constant particle velocity.
