The science of inrmmenration is B fundamcnnl hpo-cc RI engineen, scientist and medicd worken. Insmenu ace the eyes and cars of the technologists. Without sensors and their assodated signal processing systems there would be no modem insmunenr In this paper the development of Digia- Pmpdler-Anemometer @PA) is used spedficdy for measwing wind velocity. It involved with few sets of inarmmcnmdon process and equipment. The process includes physical md signal interfacing, logic interfacing and dam tnnsmisrion to computer. It involved three m+r pm, mechaoical, ehc%cal and computer. The insmeat used an intcgrited sensor, which was Slomd Opt0 Wuh sensor. measurand of the instnunenmion was the rotationll sped of tbs shaft and the ourput dam was wind velwiry in m/s. For the final result, the insm~mt was calibrated in wind mmd using Hot Wire Anemometer.
