A preliminary version of this paper appeared in IEEE ICC 2007, June 24-28, Glasgow, Scotland.This version includes receiver operation characteristic analysis of suggested CCA method and analytic results are compared to simulation results.Also those analytic results are used for design of the suggested cascaded CCA in the simulation.
