Efficient Segmentation For Pseudo-exhaustive BIST

An efficient segmentation program for pseudoexhaustive testing using BIST is presented. The program manipulates the circuit's fanout-free regions using several heuristics. The results of segmenting the ISCAS benchmark circuits are compared to published results.
