Design of electronic seal system based on PKI

To ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of electronic documents received or sent by e-government affairs and protects their confidentially and effectiveness in transmission, this paper presents a solution for the electronic seal system based on PKI security system with a core of CA, and detailedly designs every module of the electronic seal system. It can resolve the safety problem of electronic document's stamp and signature, and assures the authenticity and reliability of electronic documents.
