Detection of Reliable Software using S-Shaped Model

Software reliability growth models using Non-Homogeneous Poisson Process (NHPP) with mean value function – dependent on fault detection rate is considered. The well known Sequential Probability Ratio Test ( SPRT) procedure of statistical science is adopted for t h e model in order to decide upon the reliability / unreliability of developed software. I n the present paper, we have proposed the performance of SPRT on interval domain data using Inflection S- Shaped model and analyzed the results by applying on 11 data sets.
