It is important to design the data management model when using mobile terminals, surveillance cameras, and sensors to collect information. In the traditional data management models, offline terminals and servers deployed somewhere are utilized to manage data. However, in the future, terminals that are incapable of managing data will be widely used. The total amount of data increases greatly and the response time for application are required to be much shorter. Furthermore, the various forms of edge networks will also occur, which will make the design more complex. In this paper, we list the prospective usage scenarios of applications and discuss the edge networks and databases for these applications. Keyword Distributed DB, Spatial DB, Overlay network, DTN
