Recursively Adaptive Quantization of Chebyshev Coefficients

Chebyshev coefficients furnish an alternative description on the signal. If these coefficients are transmitted instead of the signal, the effect of quantization of the Chebyshev coefficients on the reconstructed signal is an important consideration. In this paper an adaptive quantization scheme is proposed for the Chebyshev coefficients to reduce this effect.
