Construction work with earth is hardly used nowadays due to the lack of diffusion and research done on thematerial. Earth is therefore at a lowvalue and related to poverty. Since it is a non popular material, most of its benefits are unknown such as the abundance as a row material, its location, the availability, the reusable quality, the energy productivity (heat energy), the low cost, and its high resistance after running studies on earth, its structure, and soil foundation. Other benefits are the thermal and acoustic isolation. With passing times, building techniques for working with land have been improved. Carrying out soil stabilization, using machinery and implementing different sorts of mechanic tools tomake compressed earth blocks, which facilitates work and increases its performance. Here earth is presented as a building material, its techniques and constructive systems, the earth compressed blocks (CBE), and some tests run on these blocks.
