Performance Enhancements in the Cebus Data Link Layer

Recently, the Consumer Electronics Bus (CEBus@) Data Link Layer protocol has been modified to improve its reliability. The modifications permit multiple transmissions of the same frame. This paper describes the new protocol mechanisms.
